What you're buying
A one-off identity verification for Companies House, carried out by Launchese Ltd as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). You upload your photo ID, a selfie and a proof of address once; we run the required identity and anti-money-laundering checks, a human reviews your case, and when your verification passes we file it with Companies House so your personal code can be issued.
Timings
Standard: verified within 3 working days of receiving all your documents. Express: same working day. The clock starts when we have everything we need. We'll tell you straight away if anything is missing.
Subject to passing checks, and our refund promise
Verification is a regulated activity. We can only file with Companies House when your identity checks pass and our compliance review approves the case. If a photo or document needs a second attempt, your link lets you retry at no extra cost. If we cannot verify your identity at all, we refund your payment in full: no verification, no charge. Your data
Your ID document and selfie are processed by our verification partner; we never store the images ourselves. We keep your application details, results and proof-of-address document as compliance records for 7 years, as UK anti-money-laundering law requires. Launchese Ltd is registered with the ICO (ZB591960) and supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering purposes (XQML00000211193). Marketing email is separate and only ever sent with your opt-in, which you can withdraw anytime from your account page. The full picture is in our Privacy policy.
The free alternative
You can verify directly with Companies House for free using GOV.UK One Login if you have a biometric passport and a compatible smartphone. Our service exists for everyone the free route does not work for, and for anyone who would rather a specialist handled it.
