A fully digital service

Nothing is posted to you and there are no delivery charges. Everything happens online: you complete the identity capture from any device, in any country, and the results are delivered electronically.

What is delivered

A completed identity verification, filed with Companies House by Launchese Ltd as your authorised agent (ACSP), followed by your Companies House personal code. The code reaches you by email as soon as it is issued, and also appears in your account page.

When

Standard: verified within 3 working days of receiving everything we need. Express: the same working day. The clock starts when we have everything we need: your payment, your captured ID and selfie, and your proof of address. If anything is missing or unclear we email you straight away, and the time waiting for you is not counted against the promise.

What can slow it down

A photo that needs retaking, a name that does not match your document, or additional compliance checks that anti-money- laundering law requires in some cases. We keep you informed by email at every step, and if in the end we cannot verify you, our Refund policy applies: no verification, no charge.
